麻痹性髋关节半脱位及假性髋外翻的外科治疗

Surgical Treatment of Paralytic Subluxation of the Hip and Pseudo Coxa Valga.A Report of 347 Cases.

本文报告了我院自1983年6月至1986年10月采用骨盆截骨延长及股骨粗隆部旋转截骨治疗麻痹性髋关节半脱位及假性髋外翻347例的临床资料。经2～5年的随访观察,证明此手术是治疗上述畸形有效而理想的手本方法。本文还就麻痹性髋关节半脱位的病理及假性髋外翻的形成机理进行了较为详尽的讨论。

Form June 1983 to October 1986, 347 patients with paralgtic sublu- xation of the hip and pseudo coxa valga were treated with iliac oste- otomy of the femoral trochanter in our hospital.The data obtained through the follow-up survey on 347 cases for 2 to 5 years proved that this operation is a rather ideal way of curing the sequelae.The pathology of paralytic subluxation of the hip and mechanism of formation of the pseudo coxa valga are discussed in detail.
