Oscillopolarographic titration can be applied to determine clorprenaline hydrochloride, amitriptyline hydrochloride and pyridoxin hydrochloride. The sample was precipitated with Na- PTB solution and the excess standard Na-TPB was back titrated with standard Tl_2SO_4 solution or hexadecyl pyridine chloride solution. The disappearance of the incision of Na-TPB on its oscillopolarogram indicated the endpoint the titration. The method is accurate, convenient and rapid.
