摘要
动物实验初步证明黄芩茎叶总黄酮(简称总黄酮)可明显的对抗乌头硷诱发的大鼠室性心律失常和氯仿诱发的小鼠室颤。延缓氯仿—肾上腺素所致的家兔“室早”出现的时间。
The animal experimental results showed tnat total flavonoid from stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis could obviously antagonize arrhythmia induced by aconitine inrats and ventricular fibrillation induced by Cnloroform in mice. The total flavonoid Coutd prolongate the appearing time of ventricular premature beat induced by the combination of Chloroform with Adrenaline in rabbits.
