摘要
在6只狗小肠浆膜面埋植Ag-AgCl双极电极,以消化间期综合肌电(interdigestive myoelectric complex,IDMEC)为指标。经胃管向胃内注入蓖麻油,即于十二指肠与空肠上部诱发出反复发生的、沿小肠向尾端移行、其速度远较正常Ⅲ相快(P<0.01)的峰电组。持续3~5小时。在此期间,正常IDMEC周期消失,实验狗泻水样便。分别阻断α和β受体,蓖麻油所诱发的峰电组与单纯胃内蓖麻油注入所引起的肌电活动改变相似。
Ag-AgCI bipolar electrodes were put on the serosal surface of the small intestine in 6 dogs. Interdigestive myoeleetrie complex (IDMES) was used observation index. After pouring castor oil into the stomach of the dogs with a gastric tube, induced spike clusters migrated towards the termination along the small intestine.The spike clusters ori gnated from the duodenum as well as the upper part of the jejunum and recurred. The migratory velocity of it was significantly higher (P<0.01) that of normal phase Ⅲ The spike clusters continued for 3—5 than hours. ring the period, the normal cycles of IDMEC disappeared and thedogs elminated watery stools.After blocking α—orβ—receptors, the spike clusters were similar to those before blocking.
