摘要
应用牵引定点复位法治疗腰椎间盘突出症1568例。疗效观察结果:优42.2％;良39.7％;可13.12％;总有效率95.3％。认为疗效与年龄、病程、治疗次数、手法后腰围固定有一定关系。本文并对其手法治疗的机理进行了讨论。
This paper reports 1568 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, which were treated with tractioan and manipulative reduction therapy. Of these, 664 (42.4％) showed marked improvement, 623 (39.7％) improvement and 207 (13.2％) pratial improvement. The total response rate was 95.3％. The mechaniSmS of the massage therapy were analyzed and expounded.The authors think the curative effect may relate to course of disease, times of treatment and the lambar fixation after massage maneuvers.
