自配溴甲酚绿试剂,用自动生化分析仪反复测定血清白蛋白。实验证明,具有试剂稳定、易得、测定重复性好、时间短、试剂及标本用量少等优点。白蛋白含量在65g/L范围內线性良好,自配试剂与中生试剂实验对比(P>0.05)。

By using the self-made BCG agent, serum, albumin content was determined with Cobas MIRA biochemical auto-analyzer. The experiment demonstrate theope rative method has tnany adventages: the self-made agent Is stable and is easier obtained; working time is shortened; experimental rerequiment for agent and specimen is diminshed; it has better linearity within 65g/L of albuminand, experimental results are reliable and have repeatability. Compared with the ZHONG SHENG agent, there is not signifi- cant difference(P>0.05 ).
