摘要
我们于1987年9—12月对产科婴几室125例(男78、女47)健康新生儿做铁营养指标的调查,日龄在3天以内,体重为2.6—4.2kg,孕龄为38—42周,生后一般情况良好,无畸形,母孕期体健,无贫血史,年龄在30岁以下。取静脉血测红细胞用显微镜计数法,血红蛋白用氰化高铁法。第一、二、三天红细胞平均值为5.562±0.075×10^(12)/L、5.413±0.0614×10^(12)/L、5.116±0.0675×10^(12)/L。血红蛋白平均值为191.4±17.2g/L、182.3±21.3g/L178.8±22.7g/L。取静脉血测血清铁蛋白(SF)用放免法;红细胞内游离原卟啉(FEP)用荧光光度法;血清铁(SI)用亚铁嗪显色法;总铁铁结合力(TICP)亦用亚铁嗪显色法;并算出运铁蛋白饱和度(TS)、头发铁用原子吸收法;血浆白蛋白(A)、球蛋白(G)用溴甲酚绿法。SI、TICP、TS、SF、FEP、发铁及血浆A、G平均值(X±SD)分别为126.75±76.91ug/ml、195.30ug/ml、64.90±20.22%、19.35±1.47ng/ml、48.68±19.37ug/ml、15.3±5.7ppm、40.5±2g/L、219±2.6g/L。
From September to December 1987, a serial Ferro-nutritional ers were investigated in 125 normal full term neonates (male, 78 Female, 47) in obstetric nursery. Their age was all within 3 days after birth, body weight ranged from 2.6-4.2kg, gestational age ranged from 38-42 weeks, general condition was good after birth & revealed no deformity on physical examination. Their mothers were healthy in pregnancy, had no history of anemia, their age was all below 30 years old.
Tested venous blood for R. B. C. count & Hgb determination, by microscope method & cyanometh em method daily for three days repectively. The mean values ((?)±SD) of RBC count were 5.562±0.075×10^(12)/L, 5.413±0.0675×10^(12)/L, mean values of Hgb were 191.4±17.29/L. 182.3±21.39/L. 178.8±22.79/L. At the same time, tested venous blood for serum ferritin (SF) by Radio-immunity method, for Free erythrocytic protoporphyrin (FEP) by Fluorophotometry method, for Serum iron (SI) & Total iron combining Power (TICP) by Determination of iron in Serumwith Ferrozin thed for Hair iorn (HI) by atomic absorption method, for Albumin (A) & Globulin (G) by Bromocresol green method. The mean values ((?)±SD) of SI, TICP, TS, SF, FEP, HI, A, G, were 126.75±76.91ug/dl, 195.30±52.49ug/dl, 64.90±20.22%, 19.35±1.47ug/ml, 48.68±19.37ug/ml, 15.3±5.7ppm, 40.5±2g/L. 21.9±2.6g/L, respectively. The degree of Transferrin saturation (TS) was computed.
