摘要
本文是关于用二甲亚砜(DMSO)和水为混合溶剂,氯离子为络合剂,Cu(Ⅱ)离子氧化浸出试剂硫化银的动力学研究。详细的动力学实验系统地研究了影响浸出反应速率的诸因素。其中,以温度和DMSO的摩尔分率X_D对浸出速率的影响最为明显。由于溶剂的动力学粘度效应,按常规方法导出的表现活化能中包含了粘滞活化能在内。在加以粘度校正后,得到实验条件下的浸出动力学方程为1-(1-α)^(1/3)=1.87×10~8 T/μ d_0^(-1)[Cu(Ⅱ)]^(0.47)[Cl^-]_T^(0.625)[DMSO]^(5.2)exp(-(38200)/(8.314T)·t,反应受表面化学反应控制。
This paper reports a kinetic: research on silver sulphide agent leached in the system of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and-water as a mixed solvent, chlorion as a complex agent and cupric ion as a oxidant. The detailed kinetic experiments investigated the factorsinf luencing leaching reaction rate systematically. Among all factors temperature and the mole fraction X_D of DMSO are most notably effective on reaction rate Due to the kinematic viscosity effect of the solvent the value of apparent actiration energy derived from general method contains the viscosity activation energy, when the effect of viscosity is removed, th clenching kinetic equation under the experimental conditions is expressed as 1-(1-α)1/3 =1.87×10~8T/μd_0^(-J)[Cu(Ⅱ)]^(0.47)[C1^-]_T^(0.625)[DMSO]^(5.2)exp(-38200/8.314T)·t The reaction is limited by surface chemical reaction.
