273例极低出生体重儿临床和随访

THE CLINCAL ANALYSIS AND FOLLOW-UP OF 275 CASES OF VERY LOW BIRTH WEIGHT INFANTS

本文报告273例极低出生体重儿占同期66,516例活产儿的4.1‰。住院期间发病以产时窒息(149例)、肺炎(46例)、肺出血(38例)、RDS(18例)、硬肿症(68例)多见;院内死亡164例,病死率60.1%,死因以产时窒息(45例)、肺炎(26例)、肺出血(31例)、RDS(16例)为主。存活出院109例,随访106例。出院后死亡46例:寒冷损伤综合征17例、肺炎13例、败血症4例、遗弃3例、其它9例;24例死于出院后1周内、冬季死亡率明显高于其它各季。存活60例年龄1～12岁,其中2例严重脑瘫、5例1～2个肢体脑性瘫痪;20例已上小学,11例学习困难。

In all 66,516 cases live birth,273 cases of VLBW accounted for 5.1‰The diseases that usually saw in infants were(case numbers)neonatalasphyxia(149),pneumonia(46),pulmonary hemorrhage(38),RDS(18),scleredema(68),etc.Dead infants were 164 cases,mortality was 60.1%,the mainly dying causes included asphyxia(45),pneumonia(26),pul-monary(31),RDS(16)and others.In all 109 cases of survivals dischargedfrom the institute,106 cases received follow-up,dead 46,i.e.neonatalcold injury syndrome 17,pneumonia 13,septicemia 4,left by theis parents3,and other causes 9.24 cases were died after in one week of dischargedfrom the institute and the mortality was higher in winter than other sea-sons.The age of 60 survivals were one to twelve years.Of all survivals,2 cases were suffered from encephalic paralysis,5 cases were extremeparalysis.20 cases went to school,11 cases had difficulsy in study.
