摘要
本文测定了手术产新生儿(20例)和自然分娩儿(20例)血液中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的活性,结果表明自然分娩组早产儿、过期产儿、妊高征儿、窒息儿的SOD活性分别为4923.85u/ml、4971.85u/ml、4763.15u/ml和4652.90u/ml。与正常组相比(5323.35u/ml)差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。产钳助产儿的血SOD活性在手术组最低。这提示早产儿、过期产儿、妊高征儿、窒息儿在分娩中可能损害最重,产钳助产比胎吸产儿损害更重。
This present(?)study examined superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in blood of infants born by operation delivery (n=20), and natural parturition (n=20). The results showed that SOD activity of blood in premature, post-term, Hypertension (HIP) and asphyxia infants in natural delivery group was 4923.85u/ml, 4971.85u/ml, 4763.15u/ml and 4652.90u/ml, respectively, which were significantly different compared with control group(5323.35u/ml) (P<0.01). The SOD activity of blood in forceps delivery infants was the lowest in operation group. It is suggested that premature, post-term, hypertension and asphyxia infants be most seriously injured during delivery, and that damage to infants be more serious by forceps than by aspiration.
