摘要
应用现代硫巴比妥酸(TBA)微量荧光比色法测定44例围产期窒息儿生后第1、3、7天血清过氧化脂质(LPO)水平,并与20例正常儿进行对照。结果发现窒息儿血清LPO的三次测定值均显著高于对照组;21例头颅CT扫描示头颅内出血或/脑水肿患儿的血清升高更为显著。此结果提示窒息和复苏过程能增加患儿氧自由基的产生和脂质过氧化反应,此变化可能与窒息后脑损伤的发生有关。
Using TBA micro fluesescence electro-photometer to determine lipid perioxidion (LPO) or 44 cases of perinatal asphyxia at 1, 3 and 7 days after birth. 20 normal babies are as ontrol group.The result showed serum LPO of three time determinations in asphyxia are obvious igher than that incontrol group.21 cases of intracerebral hemorrhage and brain edema proved by ranial CT showed serum LPO markedly increased. This indicated asphyxia and resuscitation could ncrease production of lipid perioxidation. Maybe the change related to brain damage.
