摘要
本文采用放射免疫分析法,对64例高危新生儿和49例正常新生儿脐血β_2-mG的检测分析。结果:高危新生儿β_2-mG±SD为3.92±0.97μg/ml,显著高于正常新生儿(P<0.01),男女性别无差异(P>0.05)。64例高危新生儿中10例其母为妊高征、21例过期产儿、33例早产儿脐血β_2-mG值分别与49例正常新生儿脐血β_2-mG值进行了比较,其结分别为t=2.62,P<0.05;t=2.63,P<0.05;t=4.35,P<0.01。高危新生儿组体重<2500克23例,>2500克为41例,β_2-mG的(?)±SD分别为4.36±0.89和3.67±0.93,两者相比有极为显著差异(P<0.01)。正常新生儿体重>2500克组49例,与高危新生儿组>2500克41例相比,有极为显著差异(P<0.01)。新生儿体重越低,β_2-mG含量越高;脐血β_2-mG含量越高,新生儿死亡率亦高。实验证实:β_2-mG从肾小球滤过,肾功能影响β_2-mG的含量。胎盘功能减退,胎盘血灌注不足直接影响新生儿肾小球滤过率(GFR),使血β_2-mG排泄减少,从而导致高危新生儿β_2-mG升高。所以,脐血β_2-mG检测,对了解胎儿肾脏的发育和肾功能受损的程度,以及肾功能恢复和预后的监测,有一定的临床价值。
This artical analyzes navel blood β_2-Mg in 64 high risky newborns and 49 normal newborns with Radiation Immunity Analysis. The results were as follows: the value 3.92±0.97ug/ml of the β_2-MG+SD in high risky newborns is obviously higher than that in normal newborns(p<0.01); the sexes have no difference (p>0.5). In 64 high risky newborns, 10 were from the severe pregnant hypertension mother, 21 were overdue delivery, 33 were premature delivery. They hade been separately compareed with the 49 normal newborns in the value of blood β_2-Mg. The followings separate results were: t=2.62, p<0.05; t=2.63,p<0.05; t=4.35,p<0.01. In high risky newborn group, the body weight of 23 newborns less than 2500g, 41 more than 2500g. The values of β_2-MG+SD for the two were 4.36±0.89 and 3.67±0.93 respectively. Comparing the above two, they have obvious difference (p<0.01). The less the weight of newborn, the more the β_2-Mg contains; the more navel blood β_2-MG contains, the higher the mortality of newborns is. The decline of the function of placenta and the insufficient blood flow in placenta affects directly the glomerular filtration rate,they make β_2-MG of blood less discharged and this causes the β_2-MG of the high risky newborns rising. Therefore the. examination of navel blood β_2-MG has certain clinical significance for knowing the development of kidney of fetus, the damage degree of kidney function, the restore of the kidney function and the prognosis monitor.
