MEBO治疗创伤性皮肤坏死、肌腱及骨外露6例报告

6 CASES OF TRAUMATIC SKIN NECROSIS AND MUSCLE TENDON AND BONE EX-POSURE TREATED WITH MEBO

本文介绍了利用MEBO治疗皮肤挫伤性坏死合并肌腱外露两例,骨外露及面部挫伤各两例。接受MEBO治疗后使受伤手部功能在创面自然愈合过程中达到重建,患者痛苦小,功能恢复满意,其疗效较植皮或皮瓣转移有更大的优越性。两例骨外露均达到创面无感染愈合。两例面部深Ⅱ°挫伤愈合无疤痕。
