摘要
隐翅虫皮炎是皮肤接触隐翅虫毒素而引起的一种炎症反应。传统治疗方法所需病程较长,少数愈后留有疤痕。用湿润烧伤膏(以下简称为MEBO)治疗隐翅虫皮炎32例,取得具有止痛效果好,病程缩短,愈后仅留色素沉着,无疤痕形成的效果。笔者认为用MEBO治疗隐翅虫皮炎是一种值得推广的方法。本文32例,一般经7至10天治疗,皮损部位全部愈合,治愈率达100％,无一例疤痕形成。
