摘要
慢性肛裂是肛门部常见病多发病,也是疼痛最剧烈的肛门疾患。作者通过对83例慢性肛裂分组对比治疗,认为MEBO配合手术治疗:①有良好的止痛效果。②.抗感染能力强。③减轻组织损伤,促进创面愈合,使病程比单纯手术治疗缩短三分之一疗程,是慢性肛裂治疗较为理想的方法。
