摘要
本文报告我科从1987年开始,运用皮肤扩张术,修复12例烧伤后严重疤痕畸形病人。其中头部疤痕性秃发9例,面颈部严重挛缩畸形3例。男性10例、女性2例。本组病例治疗过程顺利,无一例发生并发症。文中介绍了自己临床应用体会。
