摘要
本文通过测定烫伤兔血小板聚集功能与体外血栓重量发现,20%体表面积Ⅱ度烧伤动物在伤后24小时内,普遍存在高凝血状态。表现之一是血小板聚集率较伤前和对照组都上升,表现之二是血栓于重也相应增加。若将烫伤组血小板聚集率作为自变量x,血栓干重作为应变量y,发现烧伤前的生理状态下两者呈明显正相关(r=0.682,P<0.01),直线回归方程y=1.971X-37.80;伤后48小时对变量值之间的相关系数r=0.378(P<0.01),直线回归方程y=0.4496x+19.17。说明烧伤后血栓形成过程随血小板聚集率的增加而加强。
Blood platelet aggregation function and in vitro thrombus weight of scalded rabbits had been determined. The results revealed that rabbits with second degree burns covering 20% TBSA had hypercoagulability in 24 hours after injury. Blood platelet aggregation rate was increased as com-pared with the data from before injury and with the control animals. The dry weight of thrombus was also increased. Took blood platelet agg-regation rate of scalded rabbits x as an indepen-dent variable and the dry weight of thrombus y as a dependent variable. The authors found that when the animals were in a physiological state, prior to being injured, the two parameters had markedly positive correlation (r = 0.682, P< 0.01), linear regression equation y = 1.971× -37.80 and when after being injured, the correla-tion coefficient r= 0.378 (P<0.01), linear regression equation y = 0.4496× + 19.17. This re-sult showed that thrombosis was accelerated as the platelet aggregation rate increased.
