摘要
面部为体表暴露部位,易于烧伤,且烧后易引起畸形及疤痕,传统治疗方法难以避免。我科自1989年12月至1990年3月共收治面部烧伤32例,均采用湿润暴露疗法,全部治愈,不仅皮肤生长好,外形也很满意。我们认为本疗法止痛迅速确实,具有显著的预防后控制感染作用;深Ⅱ度不留疤痕,一般在12～16天完全液化完毕,本组无一例遗留疤痕,为正常状态。
Face is the exposed area of the body surface. Face burns occur frequently and often result in scar formation or demormity, when treated with conventional therapy.
The author treated 32 cases of face burn us-ing moist exposed therapy. All the patients healed. The skin growth and its appearance were very sat- isfactory. Moist exposed therapy had analgesic ef-fect. It prevents infection of the wounds. There was no scar for deep second degree burn. The liq-uefaction was completed in 1 2 to 1 6 days. All the patients healed with normal facial appearance without scar formation.
