本文探索了长江下游河段(江苏省城)自然地质灾害产生的环境条件、成因机制,并提出了预测与对策意见.强调指出,长江在其发展过程中冲蚀、崩塌,淤积的演变是其生命力的表现,是不可避免的.关键在于需要我们去因势利导、兴利防害.

This paper discussed the environmental condition and mechanism of contributing fac-tor which were produced by natural geology and calamity in lower reaches of the Yangzi Rivcr(Jiangsu Province area), and the opinions of prospecting and countermeasure were given. It pointed out that the evolution of erosion, collapse and siltation have great vitality which should not be avoided in the development of the Yangzi River. The key for solving these problems is to make the best use of the condition and to promote what is beneficial and abolish what is harmful.
