摘要
在滨海岩溶含水层中开采地下水,如果开采强度不能得到有效的控制,会造成海水入侵。大连地区就是一个典型。为治理海水入侵,限制地下水开发困难重重。欲保持或扩大地下水资源的正常开发,并有效地防治海水入侵,根本的途径是在岩溶含水层的滨海地段,用帷幕灌浆手段建立地下水坝,有效地拦截海水的侵入和陆域含水层淡水的流出,形成滨海岩溶地下水库。
Exploiting ground water from karst aquifer in coastal region, if the infensity of exploitation can not be put under control, will cause sea water intrusion. Dalian region is one of the typical cases. Chinese scholars have studied about the problem of how to deal with the sea water intrusion for over 20 years, and their fundamental thought is to limit the amount of ground water exploita-tion. Therefore, there are many difficulties to limit exploitation, because of imperfect legal system as well as the short of water resources. To ensure or increase the amount of ground water exploita-tion , and to prevent and cure sea water intrusion effectively, the basic approach should be to build a ground dam by heavy curtain grouting on the coastal section of karst aquifer, which can effec-tively stop up sea water intrusion as well as fresh water of land aquifer running off, then ,the coastal karst groundwater reservoir could be built completely.
