长期旅居海拔5000米高原八项尿液生化指标的动态变化

THE DYNAMIC CHANGE OF EIGHT BIOCHEMICAL ITEMS IN URINE IN RESIDERS AT 5000m HIGH ALTITUDE

本文对49例进入海拔5 000米高原考察队队员的八项尿液生化指标进行了较长时问的动态观察。结果发现:在进入高海拔初期,有6％-18％的人出现尿蛋白阳性(+-++);12％-61％的人出现非溶血性尿潜血阳性(+-++);4％的人因急性高山病,出现严重厌食和恶心呕吐而导致酮体阳性。其他尿胆素、尿胆元、尿糖,亚硝酸盐四项指标自始至终未出现异常。尿液PH由第三天时偏高,尔后下降逐渐趋向中性。作者对这些结果进行了讨论。

We measured eight urinary biochemical items dynamically in forty-nine subjects who exposured to 5 000m high al- titude for three months.The results were that,during early stage there were 6%-18% of subjects appeared positive pro- tein reaction in urine(+--++)and 12%-61% of subjects appeared positive unhemolytic hemorrhage occult reac- tion in urine(+--++).There were 4% of subjects appeared positive keto-bodies reaction in urine because of severe anorexia,nausea and vomiting of caute mountein sickness.There were no abnromallitys in urobilin,uroblinogen,uronl- tirite and uroglucose during three months.The PH of urine rised higher than usual on third day,then droped to normal gradully.The results suggested there are abnomal kidney function in early days to exposure to high altitude.But those ab- normalitys can be recovered as the time go.
