高原低氧和应用抗缺氧药物后家兔睾丸曲细精管的电镜观察 被引量:6

ELECTRON MICROSCOPICAL OBSERVATION OF THE SEMINIFEROUS TUBULES IN RABBITS--THE AFFECTS OF THE RESISTANT HYPOXIC HERB AND IN HIGH ALTITUDE HYPOXIA

摘要 本文应用西宁出生(海拨2 260米)大耳白兔,移居高原(海拨3 700米)及应用抗缺氧药物后,研究了家兔睾丸曲细精管的超微结构。电镜观察发现家兔移居高原后,睾丸曲细精管变化最显著的是,精子细胞顶体帽不规则扩大,顶体颗粒移位内陷,顶体下间隙局部扩大。滑面内质网扩张。线粒体呈网状或空泡状。应用抗缺氧药物——异叶青兰后,家兔睾丸曲细精管的精子细胞变化还较轻。本文对上述变化进行了讨论。 The rabbits was from Xining(2 260m)sent to the Tianjun county(3 700m)and feed for four weeks. The prominent changes are as follow: a partial of the spermatocytes of the seminiferous tubules can saw the swelled SER,the cristaes of the mitechondrial cracked,some'fiberous network'in the cytoplasm and a number of bubbles at inside and outside of the cells. The changes in the spermatides are obviously. The arosomal cap irre u- larly enlarged, fhe granules of the arosomal speeaded near the nuclou and caused the nucleus membrance to caved in,the gap of the arosomal enlarged and the SER expanded,and the mitochondriala became hollow vesicles. The abnormal of the spermategonia and the sertoli cells is unobserved. The structural changes as described above can be found in the herb be used grorp especially in the sper- matides,but the damages are not seriously. The experimental evidence confirmed that the Dracocephalum hetero- phyllum Benth can reduced the injury of the rabbits'testes on high altitude hypoxia.
