高原白唇鹿血清生化成分的测定及对低氧环境适应机理的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文对高原白唇鹿静脉血清的蛋白质、电解质、糖类、脂类、酶类及肝功能等23项生化指标进行了测定分析,并与平原梅花鹿的相关指标进行了比较。发现高原白唇鹿血清总蛋白的含量较低,血糖浓度和乳酸脱氢酶的含量较高。 In this artical.the writers make research on 23 items of biochemical composition in the serum of the white-lipped deer in highland,and primary discussed the adaptive mechanism to hypoxia of the white-lipped deer in highland. The following conclusions were obtained: 1. The contents of serum total protein in White-lipped deer are less than those of the Sika deer in plain. 2. Compared with the plain's Sika deer, the contents of serum kalium, natrium, and magnesium are higher, but the contents of serum calcium and phosphorus are lower in Wlute-lipped deer. 3. Concentration of blood sugar and lactate dehydrogenase in White-lipped deer are greater than those of Sika deer in plain. This may be an adaptation to under hypoxic conditions at highland.
