摘要
用200ppm 乙烯利喷施伸长期的甘蔗,施用量为227.3mg/m^2.结果叶片硝酸还原酶,苹果酸酶.Mg^(++)-ATP 酶活性均减弱,水分含量减少,光合色素总量降低,而过氧化物酶和中性蔗糖酶等活性增强;蔗汁糖分增加,重力纯度提高,蔗汁品质改善.
200 ppm cthephon was spraycd to lcayes of sugalcane at glowing stage.The acLivitics of nitrate rcductase,malic cnzyme,Mg^(++)-ATPasce,the content of water, chlorophylls(a+b)in lcavcs were reduced,in comparison with the control.In the meantime. the activities of peroxidase,neutral sucrose in lcaves,the sucrose and the grayity purity of juice were inereascd,the quality of juice was improved.
