摘要
利用“多效好”对大田玉米进行叶面喷施,能提高玉米叶片的硝酸还原酶、ATP酶,NADP-苹果酸酶、PEP 螗化酶的活性,改善玉米植株的营养代谢.从而提高玉米叶片的光合作用,促进积累.最终通过增加百粒重、行粒数、穗粗来挺高玉米产量,增产12.8%(玉单358)和13.7%(南校8号).并且改善了籽粒的品质.
The rcsult showed that“Duoxiaohao”could promote the activitics of many cnzymcs in maize lcavcs,such as nitrate rcductase,phosphocnolpyruvic acid carboxylase,NADP—malic enzymc and ATPasc whcn the“Duoxiaohao”were sprayed to the maizc(zea mays)lcavcs in nclds.Tt could also improve the photosynthesis, incrcase accumulation of the organic substance,promote transportation of substanccs. thus thc grain yicld was incrcascd,the grain quality was improved.
