胃肠癌单抗在大肠癌和大肠息肉中的抗原表达

The expression of monoclonal antibodies of gastrointestinal carcinoma in the colon carcinoma and polyp

本文应用胃肠癌单抗对66例肠癌,68例肠息肉进行PAP免疫组织染色,结果表明,三株单抗联合应用可明显提高阳性率,大肠息肉的功能改变早于形态改变,这一结果对临床有重要意义。

66 cases of colon carcinoma and 68 cases colon polyp were studied by PAP immunohistochemical staining with monoclonal antibody Mg3, Mc5 and Mg7. The results showed that the sensitivity of combined assays with this way was high. The functional changes of the polypcan be detected earlier the morphologic changes. Our tests suggested the way would be important for clinical use.
