γ心功能仪对尿毒症患者透析前后心功能的评价

THE ASSESSMENT OF CARDIAC FUNCTION BEFORE AND AFTER HEMODIALYSIS IN PATIENTS WITH UREMIA WITH γ MECHANOCARDIOGROPHY

利用核素^(113m)In,在γ心功能仪上对35例尿毒症患者透析前后左右心功能改变进行观察,并与正常人对比分析。认为尿毒症患者透析前左心损伤严重时,右心也受累及;透析后左右心功均有一定程度改善。心功损伤与疾病严重程度和高血压、心衰出现的频数及ECG、X光胸片异常成正相关,而与血中的Bun和Cr无关。

Cardiac function before and after hemodialysis were observed in 35 patients with uremia and in a group of health subjects. The results indicated that in patients with uremia, impairment of cardiac function occurred in right side as well as in left side. It was relieved in both sides after hemodialysis. The impairment of the cardiac function was correlative with the severity of the disease, the hypertension, the frequency of the occurrence of heart failure and the abnormal ECG and Chest X-ray. But it was not correlative with serum Bun and Cr levels.
