摘要
本试验以动物为模型,研究了盐酸左旋咪唑,丙硫咪唑,丙氧咪唑,伊维菌素4种药物对小白鼠组织内犊弓首蛔虫幼虫的化学治疗效果。实验结果显示,4种药物对小白鼠组织内犊弓首蛔虫的化疗效果有非常显著的差异(F>F_(0.01),P<0.01)。其中,丙氧咪唑疗效最好,按50,75,100 mg/kg剂量口服,减虫率分别为86.82%,88.16%,93.30%;其次为伊维菌素,按0.6,0.8 mg/kg剂量肌肉注射,减虫率分别为86.02%和87.14%;丙硫唑咪和左旋咪唑对犊弓首蛔虫幼虫的治疗效果不理想。研究结果证明,丙氧咪唑和伊维菌素治疗小白鼠组织内犊弓首蛔虫幼虫效果良好,从而说明药物治疗母牛组织内犊弓首蛔虫幼虫有较大的可能性,值得进一步研究。
The effects of Levamisole hydrochloride, Oxibendazole, Albendazole,Ivermectin on the Toxocara vitulorum larvae in the tissues of mice were comparatively studied,the results showed that the effects of four anthelminties differed significantly. (F>F_(0.01), P<0.01). Oxibendazole has the highest effect on the larvae among the four anthelmintics, its reduction rate of larvae reached 93.33%(100 mg/kg ). Ivermectin is the second most effective anthelmintie, its reduction rate of larvae reached 87.14% (0.8mg/kg). The reduction rates of Albendazole and Levamisole hydroehloride were 67.04%(75mg/kg)and 65.64%(90mg/kg)respectively. These results indicated that Oxibendazole and Ivermectin were highly effective against the larvae of Toxocara vitulorurn, so the chemotherapy of larvae in tissues of cows have great possibilites and worth to have further study.
