摘要
选用6个同核异质雄性不育系和相应保持系与两个恢复系,按7×2不完全双列杂交组配成14个组合为材料,研究了粒形、垩白、氨基酸含量3项指标,结果表明:粒长、粒宽、粒厚、长/宽比、长/厚比、无垩白米率、垩白等级、17种氨基酸含量、必需氨基酸总量、氨基酸总量在同核异质及同质异核的不同组合间,均存在不同程度的差异。说明这3项指标不仅受到细胞核基因的控制,而且受到核质互作及细胞质基因的影响。
The rice grain quality characters, such as grain shape, chalkiness, 17 kinds of amino acids, were studied with 14 combinations which were the crosses between 7 kinds of homonuleus-alloplasmic lines(zhen shun 97B, D shah A, G shun A, Er shun A, Ba shah A, W shah A, Liu shun A) and two restorers (Minghui 63, Gui8) by 7×2 partial dialled cross design in this experiment. The results show that the coefficicnts of variation are very different among the different cytoplasms on grain length, grain width,grain thickness, ratio of length-width, ratio of length-thickness, ratio of no chalkiness, grade of belly, grade of white center, the total amino acids content, the total limiting essential amino acids content and contents of 17 kinds of amino acids. These results indicated that these three quality characters were controlled by nucleic gene, as well as cytoplasmic gene and nueleus-plasms gene interaction.
