摘要
目的 探讨使用不同方法消毒食管电极导管对起搏阈值的影响.方法 选取2012～2013年在中南大学湘雅二院与第三军医大学大坪医院行食管调搏检查的48例患者,比较经84消毒液浸泡与环氧乙烷消毒的食管电极导管在检查中的起搏阈值.结果 采用84消毒液浸泡导管的起搏阈值(16.79±3.22)V明显高于环氧乙烷消毒导管的起搏阈值(10.33±2.16)V(P＜0.00).结论 环氧乙烷消毒法对起搏阈值的影响优于84消毒液.
Objective To investigate the effects of using different sterilization methods to esophageal pacing threshold. Methods chosing 48 patients with esophageal pacing check during 2012 ~2013 in Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University and Daping Hospital of Third Military Medical University, to compare the pacing threshold with the 84 disinfectant and ethylene oxide sterilization of esophageal electrode catheter. Results The pacing threshold with 84 disinfectant catheter was significantly higher 16.79 ± 3.22 V and the pacing thresholds with ethylene oxide sterilization catheter was 10.33 ± 2.16V(P<0.00). Conclusion the ethylene oxide sterilization method is superior to 84 disinfectant method.
