失血与抗纤溶药在肝移植手术中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 肝移植术中大量失血是困扰移植团队的难题之一,也是影响预后的重要因素。准确评估患者术前状态,预测术中出血的风险,据此制定麻醉管理中的干预方案,是肝移植手术团队,尤其是麻醉医生的核心任务。抗纤溶治疗作为肝移植手术中减少术中失血的重要手段之一,已经取得了良好的临床疗效,本文对其中常用药物抑肽酶(AP)、6-氨基己酸(EACA)和氨甲环酸(TA)在肝移植手术中的应用进行了回顾,同时介绍了近年来关于AP的新观点。
