欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的疗效

Effect of Hemabate joint uterine plug yarn for preventing postpartum hemorrhage due to placenta previa at cesarean section

目的：探讨欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法选择北京市昌平区妇幼保健院2009年3月～2013年2月就诊的96例前置胎盘剖宫产患者作为研究对象，随机分为2组，对照组46例采用缩宫素联合宫腔填纱预防产后出血，观察组50例在对照组的治疗基础上加用欣母沛，比较2组的临床效果。结果观察组产后24 h出血量为（307.8±28.5）mL，明显少于对照组的（321.3±30.7）mL，2组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组患者治疗前后的血压、脉搏及血氧饱和度间比较差异均无统计学意义。结论欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血效果显著，且对机体影响小、安全性好，可以作为优选的临床方案。

Objective To investigate the effect of Hemabate joint uterine plug yarn for preventing postpartum hemorrhage due to placenta previa at cesarean section.Methods From March 2009 to February 2013 in our hospital,96 cases with placenta previa at cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups in accordance with the principle of informed consent.46 cases in control group were used Oxytocin joint uterine plug yarn for preventing postpartum hemorrhage,50 cases in observation group were added Hemabate based on the conventional treatment,the efficacy of two groups were observed and compared. Results The 24 h postpartum hemorrhage in observation group was(307.8 ±28.5)mL,which was significantly less than(321.3 ±30.7)mL of control group,(P<0.05 ).The blood pressure,pulse and oxygen saturation before and after treatment in two groups were compared, there were no significant difference.Conclusion Hemabate joint uterine plug yarn has good effect for preventing postpartum hemorrhage due to placenta previa at cesarean section.It is safe and has little impact on body and can be used as the preferred clinical programs.
