某县农村中学留守青少年心理健康状况现况调查 被引量:1

Cross-sectional Survey on Mental Health of Left——behind Adolescents in a Rural Middle School of a County

摘要 目的了解某县农村中学青少年心理健康状况,探索该地区不同类型青少年的心理差异,为青少年的心理健康发展制定有效干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法抽取某县农村中学的初中生7 0 0人,以班为单位,利用中学生心理健康诊断测验(M HT)中学习焦虑、对人焦虑、孤独倾向、自责倾向四个因子对留守青少年、非留守青少年的一般情况和心理健康状况进行测评。结果某县农村中学11~1 7岁青少年的留守率为6 7.8 9%,留守青少年的心理健康状况差于非留守青少年,其MHT总分、学习焦虑、对人焦虑、自责倾向均明显高于非留守青少年,差异有统计学意义(P【0.05);留守青少年女生的心理健康状况中学习焦虑、孤独倾向差于男生,差异有统计学意义(P【0.0 5);不同年级留守青少年心理健康状况在MHT总分、学习焦虑、对人焦虑、孤独倾向、自责倾向项目中差异有统计学意义(P【0.05)。结论某县农村中学留守青少年的心理健康状况差于非留守青少年,留守青少年的女生比留守青少年男生的心理健康状况相对较差,初一年级的留守青少年心理健康状况最好。 Objective To investigate the mental health status of rural middle school studenm in a county,explore their psychological differences,and provide evidence for developing effective intervention measures based on the teenagers' mental hearth.Methods With stratified cluster random sampling,700 junior middle school students were selected from a rural middle school in a county.Based on the class,the situations of learning anxiety,anxiety,loneliness tendency,and self—blaming tendency of all students were investigated using mental health test(MHT).And then we evaluated the general situation and psychological health status of left—behind adolescents and non left behind adolescents.Results The left-—behind rate of adolescents aged 11-17 years in the county was 67.89%.The mental health status of left—behind adolescents was worse than that of the non-—left—-behind.The total score of MHT,learning anxiety,anxiety and self—Warning tendency were significantly higher in the left—-behind than throe in the non—-left—behind,and the difference was statistically significant(P<O.OS).Learning anxiety and loneliness tendency of the female left—behind were inferior to those of the male left—behind,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)<> There were statistically significant differences in the total score of MHT.learning anxiety,anxiety,loneliness tendency and self-blaming tendency among left—behind adolescents of different grades(P<0.05).Conclusions The mental health status of left—behind adolescents in the county is worse than that of the non—left—behind,and the status of the female left—behind is inferior to that of the male left—behind.Among all the grades in the middle school.the status of first grade students is the best.
