摘要
介绍了一种地电位带电紧固变电设备线夹螺栓的工具,在地面操作绝缘杆即能紧固线夹螺栓。其利用平面齿轮传递空间任意两轴间的运动和力的原理,采用导电性好、抗拉强度高的超硬铝合金制作,不仅解决了线夹接头发热的难题,而且提高了工作效率,减轻了劳动强度。
This paper introduces a new operating tool which tightened the clamp bolt of the equipment in substations on the earth potential in live. It is manufactured according to the principle of flat gear transmission any space between two axes of motion and force,used super-hard aluminum alloy that has good conductive property and high tensile strength. The clamp bolt can be tighten by using this tool on earth potential.
