鼻尖整形联合硅胶假体置入在鼻部整形中的应用

Application of Rhinoplasty with Silicone Prosthesis Implantation in Nasal Tip Plasty

目的:探讨鼻尖整形联合硅胶假体置入对鼻部整形的整容效果。方法:根据鼻部形态,将82例拟行鼻部整形治疗者分为鼻尖低钝组(27例)、鼻尖上旋组(25例)及鼻尖低垂组(30例),对比三组应用鼻尖整形联合硅胶假体置入的治疗效果及术后不良反应发生率。结果:鼻尖低钝组、鼻尖上旋组及鼻尖低垂组整容总有效率分别为88.88%、92.00%及90.00%,三组比较未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。同时治疗后随访2周时间内,整容者出现严重不良反应比较未见统计学差异(χ2=0.287,P=0.866)。结论:鼻尖整形联合硅胶假体置入对于多种鼻尖部整形均有效。

Objective:To investigate the effect of nasal plastic surgery combined with silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty. Methods:According to the shape of the nose, 82 patients undergoing nasal surgery treatment were divided into the lower nose blunt group (27 cases), spin group on the tip of the nose (25 cases) and droop nasal tip group (30 cases), the treatment effect and the incidence rate of adverse reaction were compared among three groups. Results:The total effective rate of lower nose blunt group, spin group on the tip of the nose and droop nasal tip group was 88.88%, 92% and 90%. There was no statistical difference among the three groups (P>0.05). During 2 weeks follow-up after the treatment, there was no significant difference among patients with serious adverse reactions (χ2=0.287, P=0.866). Conclusion:Rhinoplasty with silicone prosthesis implantation is effective for a variety of nasal tip shaping.
