先天性单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形95例治疗体会

Experience of the Treatment of 95 Cases of Congenital Unilateral Cleft lip Secondary Nasal Deformity

目的:探讨先天性单侧唇裂继发出现的鼻部各种畸形的手术方案以最大程度的改善鼻部畸形。方法:选取95例患者,针对不同的鼻部畸形采用个性化手术治疗,研究畸形的改善程度。结果:所有患者的鼻畸形程度都得以明显改善。结论:采用恢复鼻部正常解剖关系和形态的多种手术方案才可以得到满意的治疗效果。

Objective:To study congenital unilateral cleft lip secondary nasal deformity of the various operation scheme to the maximum extent improvement of nasal deformity. Methods:Selecting 95 patients. And according to the different nasal deformity with personalized operation treatment, improving the degree of deformity. Results:All patients with nasal deformity can be significantly improved. Conclusion:Using a variety of operation scheme to restore normal anatomy and morphology of the nose can get satisfactory therapeutic effect.
