摘要
目的:探讨疤痕疙瘩综合治疗的疗效。方法:选取我院2011年7月~2013年6月收治的50例患者,病灶57处,采用手术加放疗方案治疗疤痕疙瘩,术后随访1年。结果:总治愈率91.23%,其中额头病灶治愈率100%、四肢病灶治愈率94.12%、胸口病灶治愈率87.50%、肩背部病灶治愈率83.33%、其他位置病灶治愈率100%。结论:综合治疗方案对疤痕疙瘩治愈率非常高。
Objective:To study the curative effect of comprehensive treatment of keloid. Methods:50 patients in the hospital from July, 2011 to June, 2013 were selected as the object, with 57 focus. Keloid was treated with plus radiotherapy, and 1 year follow-up was done. Results:The total cure rate was 91.23%, the cure rate of forehead lesions was 100%, that of limb lesions was 94.12%,that of chest lesions cure was 87.50%, that of humeral back lesions was 83.33%, and that of other position was 100%. Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment of keloid cure rate is very high.
