浅谈美学修复在口腔医学中的临床应用

Introduction of Aesthetic Repair in the Clinical Application of Stomatology

目的:探讨美学修复在口腔医学中的临床应用价值。方法:选取我院2010年3月到2013年3月中收治的90例牙齿装烤瓷牙的患者,随机分为两组,对照组45例采取常规的修复方法进行修复,试验组在进行修复时参考美学标准。比较两组的患者在进行牙齿修复之后的功能和美观效果。结果:随访6个月,两组患者的牙齿的功能基本上没有显著的差别,但是在观察组在选择修复之后加上了美学的理念,在美观程度上明显高于对照组,两组在美观程度上明显存在着差异。结论:在进行对口腔修复的过程中还应该加上美学的理念具有临床上的应用。

Objective:To explore the aesthetic repair in the clinical application of stomatology. Methods:Selecting 90 patients with ceramic teeth in the hospital March, 2010 to March, 2013, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group took regular repair methods to repair, and the experimental group added aesthetic concept. The function and aesthetic aspects of the two groups were compared. Results:After 6 months follow-up, it is found that the function of the two groups has basically no significant difference, but in the observation group in the choice after repair with the aesthetic concept, the beautiful degree is significantly higher than the control group. Obvious differences in beautiful degree exist in the two groups. Conclusion:The concept of aesthetics should be added into stomatology.
