磨牙推进器远移上颌磨牙对面部软硬组织的影响

Influence of Molar Propeller Distalization on Facial Hard and Soft Tissue

目的:研究牙性安氏II类错合患者使用磨牙推进器远移上颌磨牙后颌面部软硬组织的变化。方法:对15例因上颌磨牙前移所致的牙性安氏Ⅱ类错牙合患者,使用磨牙推进器进行上颌磨牙远中移动,矫正II类磨牙关系。对治疗前后头颅侧位片相关软硬组织的测量指标进行对比研究。结果:上颌磨牙远移后下颌平面角增大,面部垂直高度增加;上切牙唇倾度增大;下切牙相对下颌平面较术前舌倾;上唇突度增加;下唇及下颌软组织突度减小。结论:磨牙推进器能高效的远移磨牙,但也因支抗的丧失引起颌面部软硬组织发生相应变化。

Objective:To evaluate the craniomaxillary hard and soft tissue changes associated with the molar propeller appliance. Methods:15 patients having skeletal Class I, dental Class II malocclusions were treated with the molar propeller appliance. Lateral cephalograms were taken at the beginning of treatment and at the end of distal molar movement. Treatment changes were analyzed through using the paired t-test. Results:A significant clockwise rotation of the mandible were observed;Maxillary incisors were significant proclined while lower incisors were significant retroclined;Upper lip were significant protruded at the end of treatment, whereas the lower lip, the and soft tissue B point and soft tissue Pog point were significant retruded. Conclusion:The molar propeller appliance produces distal molar movement combined with causing some significant changes in the tooth and the soft tissue.
