歪鼻矫正术的临床应用分析

目的研究分析歪鼻矫正术在临床中的应用和价值。方法本次研究中共入选研究对象204例,患者入组的时间为2011年3月-2013年3月,所有患者临床期间均采用鼻内入路治疗,不同病症的患者根据其临床特点进行针对性治疗。结果对所有患者进行6-12个月的随访,其中184例患者的矫正效果良好,患者满意率为92.2%。结论对歪鼻患者采用鼻内近路,多种技术重建治疗,能够有效的恢复鼻部的美观和改善鼻功能,在临床治疗中具有重要意义。手术治疗中做好鼻中隔的矫正和畸形部位组织的彻底松解对于手术治疗至关重要。

Objective: To study the value of application and analysis of correction of nasal deviation in clinic. Methods:the study subjects, 204 cases, patients in time for the 2011 March -2013 year in March, clinical period all patients were treated with intranasal cranial treatment, different symptoms of the patients according to the clinical characteristics of targeted therapy. Results:for 6-12 months follow-up for all patients, including 184 cases of patients for the correction of the effect is good, the satisfactory rate of the patients was 92.2%. Conclusion:the deviated nose were treated with intranasal corners and reconstruction of various techniques to treat, appearance and improve the nasal function can effectively restore the nose, is of great significance in clinical treatment.
