面部年轻化手术中自体脂肪移植的应用效果研究

The research for application effect of Autologous Fat Transplantation Comprehensive Technique in Facial Contouring

目的研究分析自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化手术中的应用效果。方法分别在患者的大腿、小腿及腹部用20mL的空针负压抽取脂肪,并洗涤、离心处理脂肪颗粒,然后用多层次、多隧道及多点注射方式在患者面部老化部位实施注射。结果 42例患者面部老化症状得以明显改善,效果显著。结论自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化手术中应用效果良好,患者并发症少。

Objective To study the research for application effect of Autologous Fat Transplantation Comprehensive Technique in Facial Contouring .Methods Respectively in the patient’s thigh, calf and abdominal needle with 20 ml of negative pressure extracting fat, fat particles and washing, centrifugal processing, and then a multi-level, many tunnels and multi-point injection way to implement injection in patients with facial aging. Results 42 cases of patients with facial aging symptoms were improved obviously, effect is remarkable.Conclusions Autologous fat transplantation in facial younger surgery application effect is good, patients with fewer complications.
