果酸换肤联合420nm强脉冲光治疗面部中重度痤疮疗效观察

Curative effect observation of alpha hydroxy acid replacing skins and 420 nm intense pulsed light in treatment of facial moderate and severe acne vulgaris

目的观察果酸换肤联合420nm强脉冲光治疗中重度寻常痤疮的效果。方法将65例面部中重度寻常痤疮患者随机分为两组,观察组32例联合应用果酸换肤和420nm强脉冲光治疗;对照组33例单纯应用420nm强脉冲光治疗。结果试验组和对照组有效率分别为87.5%和57.6%,试验组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论果酸换肤和420nm强脉冲光联合治疗中重度寻常痤疮的疗效优于单独使用420nm强脉冲光治疗。

Objective To observe the curative effect of alpha hydroxy acid replacing skins and 420 nm intense pulsed light in treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods 65 cases of moderate and severe acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group 32 cases using alpha hydroxy acid replacing skins and 420 nm intense pulsed light in treatment;33 cases in the control group only applied 420 nm intense pulsed light.Results The efficacy rate of the observation group and control group was 87.5%and 57.6%,respectively, the therapeutic effect and efficacy rate of observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion hydroxy acid replacing skins combined with 420 nm intense pulsed light in treatment of moderate and severe acne vulgaris is more effective than simple using of 420 nm intense pulsed light.
