CO_2点阵激光联合硅酮凝胶治疗面部痤疮瘢痕的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of CO_2 laser combined with silicone gel in the treatment of facial acne scars

目的了解CO2点阵激光联合硅酮凝胶治疗面部痤疮瘢痕的临床效果。方法对我院2012年3月至2014年3月收治的面部痤疮瘢痕患者进行抽样,选取74例患者随机分成两组,对照组予以单纯性CO2点阵激光治疗,试验组在对照组治疗基础上联合硅酮凝胶治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果试验组总有效率(97.30%)明显优于对照组(81.08%),且随访半年后复发率(2.70%)显著低于对照组(18.92%),差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CO2点阵激光联合硅酮凝胶治疗面部痤疮瘢痕临床疗效确切,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of CO2 laser combined with silicone gel in the treatment of facial acne scars. Methods the acne scar patients in our hospital from 2012 March to 2014 March were selected for sampling, 74 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group by simple CO2 dot matrix laser treatment, the experimental group on the basis of control group therapy combined with silicone gel in the treatment, to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results in the experimental group, the total efficiency (97.30%) was significantly higher than the control group (81.08%), and were followed up for six months after the relapse rate (2.70%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (18.92%), there was a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion the clinical effect of CO2 laser combined with silicone gel in the treatment of facial acne scars is accurate, is worth the clinical promotion and application.
