氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂在老年根管治疗中的应用

目的探究氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂治疗老年根管的临床效果,为后期临床治疗提供参考。方法选取我院2011年01月01日至2013年12月12日期间门诊收入需行根管治疗的80例老年患者作为研究对象,患牙共90颗,根据治疗方式的不同分为研究组与对照组各45例。研究组患者给予氢氧化钙碘仿剂治疗,对照组给予樟脑酚治疗。比较并分析两组患者经治疗后的一般情况。结果两组经治疗后在患牙治疗有效率、患牙重度疼痛比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂应用于老年根管消毒的效果显著,治疗时间短,缓解疼痛显著,值得在后期临床中推广及应用。
