微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗输尿管上段结石

Minimal Invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy for Upper Ureteric Calculi

目的探讨微创经皮肾穿刺取石术(MPCNL)治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法对82例输尿管上段结石行微创经皮肾穿刺取石术(MPCNL)治疗,其中22例曾行体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)治疗。结果 MPCNL术后3天结石清除率为90.2%(74/82),1个月结石清除率为100%(82/82)。平均住院时间8天。结论 MPCNL治疗输尿管上段结石,取石成功率高,创伤小,尤其对嵌顿性输尿管上段结石、输尿管上段结石并发狭窄时有良好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (MPC-NL)for upper ureteric calculus. Methods Data of 86 patients with upper ureteric calculus that treated by MPC-NL were reviewed retrospectively. Among these patients,22 cases had received extracorporeal shock wave lithot-omy (ESWL)previously. Results After MPCNL,the stone free rate was 90. 2%(74/82)in 3 days post-oper-ation,and it was 100%(82/82)in a month post-operation. The average hospital stay was 8 days. Conclu-sions MPCNL is a therapeutic modality with advantages of high achievement ratio and slight injury especially for impacted upper ureteric calculi and upper ureteric calculus with narrow ureter.
