摘要 1974年,Gruentzig在苏黎世进行了第一例经皮血管成形术(percutaneous transluminal angioplasty,PTA),至今数十年间,球囊扩张已成为外周动脉疾病(peripheral artery disease,PAD)手术的一个重要步骤。随着球囊、导丝等器械的不断发展和改善,球囊扩张和支架成形术后再狭窄,始终是这项微创术的一个主要缺陷。载药球囊(drug-eluting balloon,
