摘要
变压器油中溶解气体色谱分析法是诊断变压器及充油电力设备内部潜伏性故障的重要手段,本文针对生产现场色谱分析时取油样、脱气、转移气体、仪器标定、样品气定性分析、样品气定量分析、结果计算判断等7个步骤,分析各种误差产生的原因,提出排除方法及建议。
Chromatographic analysis of dissolved gas in transformer oil is an important method to diagnose the internal latent fault in transformers and oil filled power equipment.According to the seven steps of chromatographic analysis in production field,including oil sampling,degassing,gas transferring,instrument calibrating,qualitative and quantitative analysis of the sample gas,and calculating and evaluating the results,this paper analyzes the causes of various errors of chromatographic analysis and provides eliminating methods and suggestions.
