摘要
华能临沂工程多水合一施工图设计过程中,通过与土建等相关专业同步设计,同步改进,解决了变空隙滤池局部荷载过大、水泵间多台水泵共振、废水池排气与防腐、水处理室管道布置、室内设备排水、室外管沟与排水沟交叉等诸多问题。为后续施工图设计积累了经验,有利于完善系统设计。
In the practice process of all-in-one water treatment construction drawing,these problems,including filter tank high-load,water pumps resonance vibration,waste water tank anti-corrosion and vent and so on,were solved by synchronization design and synchronization improvement between chemistry and mechanical and other related field.The authers carried out experiences that were conductive to future detail design and improving system design.
