摘要
头孢噻肟钠是我国目前广泛使用的第三代头孢类抗生素。本文通过使用不同粘度的溶剂作为头孢噻肟钠结晶溶剂,研究溶剂粘度对头孢噻肟钠结晶晶形的影响,发现将乙酸乙酯与正丁醇进行合理的混配,可以得到较为满意的产品。
Cefotaxime sodium,as a kind of third generation cephalosporin antibiotics,is widely used in China currently.In this paper,the effect of solvent viscosity on the crystal shape of cefotaxime sodium was investigated.Experimental results suggest that the solvent prepared by ethylacetate and n-butanol with reasonable proportion in crystallization process is responsible for the satisfactory products.
