摘要 采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和失重法研究了苯并三氮唑(BTA)与苯甲酸钠(SB)对乙二醇水溶液中铸铝的防腐性能。EIS结果显示BTA与SB对铸铝具有缓蚀作用,且1.0 g/L BTA的效果最佳;以1.0 g/L的BTA和4.0 g/L的SB配成的复合缓蚀剂的Rp最大,缓蚀效果最好,证明两者之间具有很好的协同缓蚀效果。失重法实验结果表明,复合缓蚀剂缓蚀效率可达95%。 In this study, the corrosion benhaviour of cast aluminum in ethylene glycol-water including sodium benzoate(SB) and benzotriazole(BTA) was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and means mass loss. The EIS results indicated BTA and SB had inhibition effect for cast aluminum, 1.0 g/L BTA had best inhibition effect. At the BTA concentration of 1.0 g/L and SB concentration of 4.0g/L,the complex showed optimum inhibition effect for cast aluminum,and also showed synergistic effect.The mass-loss results showed that the inhibition efficiency of the complex reached 95%.
